New Mexico and is excited to offer a one tenth (5 weeks annually) ownership of a beautiful
mountain townhome starting at $35,000(prices subject to change).
This townhome is located in the gated White Mountain Meadows community and includes
amenities such as granite countertops, wood floors, fireplaces both in and
outdoors, a garage, and common areas that supply each owner with basketball and
tennis courts and a covered pavilion.
Maintenance, cleaning and home updates are all included in a quarterly $600 fee,
so you will never have to clean a dish, replace a light bulb or paint a room
while residing in your vacation home.
The quarterly owners’ fee includes:
• Property taxes, insurance, maintenance & association fees
• All home utilities
• Weekly maid service, and
• Long term replacement expenses
This type of investment is an incredible opportunity to own your piece of the
mountain, but not own more than you will use. While most fractional ownership
programs only allow the owner to have a designated time frame in which they can
utilize the property, we have designed our program so that each owner will
choose five weeks annually to come and stay in the home. We feel that this
flexibility will better serve our owners because they will be able to correspond
their vacation home to vacation time.
